We unexpectedly needed to find a new realtor at the last minute after our previous agent informed us—after we had already relocated out of state—that he no longer had the time to handle the sale of our home. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Templeton Real Estate Group stepped in and immediately put us at ease. Their service was seamless and truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did we receive our full asking price—$10,000 higher than our original listing price with the previous agency, which had produced no offers in four months—but they also had our home professionally staged, cleaned, touched up, and fully ready to list within two weeks. This was especially impressive given that our former agent insisted the home was in “horrible shape,” claiming it needed thousands of dollars in repairs and a complete repaint.
