The entire experience was simple and smooth with the end result being better than expected. Beyond the listing of our house Justin also arranged for contractors to repair a handful of items before the house went on the market, while we were out of state and unable to do it ourselves. Once listed, the house sold in 2 days with multiple over-asking price offers. Justin was in constant communication from pre-listing through closing. The only effort we had to put into the sale was moving our stuff out of the house, Justin and his team took care of the rest.

We worked with Andy Soiney to help us find our home and by far he is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of home buying and also knows who to call for inspections, insurance and any contractor you may need. We moved from 2.5 hours away and he spent multiple Saturdays looking at homes with us. He was always available when we had questions, day and night.
