When first signing with Taylor we were told the shipments usually take 5-6 weeks. Our container was stored in Canada before even leaving the port for over a month and we weren’t even notified. Only after receiving communication from the receiving end we were informed it would arrive 11 weeks after it was loaded from our home. ELEVEN weeks!!! It didn’t even take us that long during Covid on our last move! Taylor has made no effort to communicate with us. Nevermind all the hidden fees that weren’t discussed upfront. We have been forced to buy furniture we don’t need and are still awaiting our container two months later :( AVOID TAYLOR!

Organizing a move from Canada to US was a bit daunting. Taylor movers walked us through everything from a very detailed estimate, to forms which needed to be filled out to coordinating delivery with a third party. Communication was excellent and no question was left unanswered. The crew were polite and careful when loading and unloading. We are very grateful for their service and would not hesitate to recommend! Thanks guys!

I had a very smooth and positive experience with Taylors Moving & Storage Services for my move from Canada to USA. Kim Bannister did an excellent job coordinating the entire move. A survey was conducted upfront to provide an accurate quote, and all the required forms were shared with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The packing crew arrived on time and handled everything professionally. Once I shared the delivery address, the delivery dates were communicated promptly, which made planning much easier. The billing process was also convenient, with an online payment link shared in advance. On the delivery day, the crew arrived on time and delivered all packages safely and efficiently. Overall, the entire process was well-organized and stress-free. I’m very happy with the service provided by Taylors Moving & Storage Services and would definitely recommend them.

I'm a senior lady so I had some anxiety with my move. Taylor Moving helped to make the transition to my new home a stress free experience right from my zoom call to get a quote to the 3 guys who were very efficient and went above and beyond. Even the superintendent at my new building and a few residents expressed to me what an amazing job they did. I would highly recommend Taylor Moving for your next move!

Taylor Moving was simply amazing. From the first call with Mark to book our move to the 3 awesome movers. It was a true dream. Most people get scared when they need to hire movers however if you use Taylor you will not be disappointed. They are simply amazing A to Z. We will use them again that is for sure!
