Swift Movers LLC

Filed a complaint with Texas DMV. I hired Swift Movers LLC for a move in San Antonio on February 20, 2026. During the move, their crew wrapped and transported my 55-inch Samsung television, which was fully functional prior to the move. After unwrapping and powering it on at my new residence, I discovered severe panel damage, including cracking and vertical line distortion, ruining the TV. We observed the crew drop a plastic box containing personal belongings and drop our mattress, demonstrating careless handling practices. I booked the Basic Move option and was informed verbally that damage claims are considered on a case-by-case basis. Despite this, my claim for replacement value was formally denied, citing lack of a specialty TV box and basic coverage. Attached are photos of the damaged television. Sharing my negative experience so others know what to expect.

I had a last minute move from Seguin to New Braunfels and they were able to squeeze me in next day for a good price! The workers (Joey, Jason, Rob) were very professional and worked fast and neat!! I recommend Swift movers for your next move!

I needed to move antiques and totes to storage and my house from another house 100 miles out of town. They did a great job and it was a very fair price, considering the distance and a two location drop off. They were recommended by two friends that have used them. I was very happy that I found them!

Sergio and Jason were courteous, efficient, careful, yet still fast. Great attention to detail. As a woman home alone for the move, I felt very comfortable, which is important. They put everything in place for me and kept offering to bring other items I might need. Would definitely use the service again. The total amount was less than I expected. Moving my loved one into assisted living was made easier by their positive attitudes and excellent work. It was a small job, but more than what I showed In the pictures. Sometimes it is hard to find a good company for a small job.

The movers were kind, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. They gave us a courtesy call before arriving and showed up exactly within the promised window. They completed our move between apartment units right on the estimated timeline—and even managed to move more than we expected within that time. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and handled with genuine attention to detail. The total cost ended up being lower than several other quotes we received in the area, which was a huge bonus considering the exceptional service.
