They changed me twice. they did a good job. But over miss information over when a moving van. I did some refund. They was told there was a few boxes to move and not what was in the unit I show them what I had they what to move in to my cay to haul to the outer unit and the other unit was three units over I said to them there was a truck to help me move it to the outer unit it is a mixed up problem you made for me and he said to me there would be no more charges because of the words was all mix up for what I told him in the office of the storage unit office what I had and the size of the unit I had he took the card and said to me no more than 2 hours would do the the job and that is what I should pay and no more than that and the guys did a good job for me and they was fast getting it done it was 2 hours it took them 45 mins to a hour to get the truck for the job and here I am a senior and on a limited amount of money and disability

You continue to attempt to charge my credit card for a remaining balance on our recent move. I am reaching out to dispute the balance/amount you are attempting to charge on quite a few grounds. 1.) when I booked and paid my deposit I was quoted $500 TOTAL for someone to help me and my husband unload the moving truck and assemble a few furniture pieces. You guys provided the bare minimum of that service. We ended up having to keep our Uhaul for an extra 2 days and pay extra fees on that, because the truck was not fully unloaded by even half once your 2 movers left. 2.) I was assured the movers coming to help us would be equipped and prepared to help us put 2-3 furniture items together (2 bed frames one of which was a very simple twin and one was a very simple crib) as well as mount a few things on the wall. Not only did your movers not show up with the proper tools whatsoever (they didn’t even have screws or nails of their own) to do any of that, the one item they did mount on the wall had to be redone after they left because it was mounted crooked. They did not assist in putting together a single one of the furniture items I listed at the time of booking…they literally didn’t even have the tools as I mentioned. My husband ended up doing it himself days later. 3.) though one of the movers who helped was very friendly and kind and did help unload SOME things from the truck, for the most part both movers seemed more interested standing around and chatting only to inform us in the last 10 minutes that they were charging for their time by the hour, which again was not what was quoted. You are now trying to charge us an additional $450 when we have already paid in our deposit which again was OVER $300…we should have only owed $100 or so more to cover the quoted $500. Not to mention the second mover who was also present literally stood around on his phone in the truck watching me and my husband move things out of the truck…he literally stood around and should not be compensated for his time let alone be employed by a moving company. That was ridiculous and I wish I’d taken a picture because that stood out to me…he was on the clock and didn’t lift a finger. Although your company was flexible and helpful when we needed to push our unload date out by 24 hours, everything that followed was 100% not helpful. I have personally done moving jobs in the past helping LITERAL extreme hoarders clear out their homes for $150 and I did more work in a 10 hour day than they did in 90 minutes…at the end of the day the amount of help we received from your movers is worth about that…$150. I honestly want to request a partial refund on the deposit because the work I paid for wasn’t even close to the over $300 it cost to even book. I understand that you are a business that needs to pay your employees and make money, but this was absolutely ridiculous when it was all said and done. As I said above, the amount of work I ended up receiving was worth about $150 max…I would quite honestly appreciate a PARTIAL refund of the deposit and would appreciate if you’d stop trying to charge my card as I have blocked your attempts to charge me a cent more. If there is no attempt to rectify this issue, you can duke it out with my credit card company when I file a dispute, I will be providing them these details as well. I urge you as a reputable moving company in this area, to reevaluate the quality of employees you are sending out. I picked you based on your reviews, and your movers ended up being a costly and unnecessary expense as we ended up doing a majority of the work ourselves. I understand moving can be expensive, AGAIN I have experience as a mover, but all we needed was help unloading a truck, no loading, no hauling, just an unload and some assistance putting together a few furniture items that required literally just a second person to help hold one side up while my husband placed the screws himself…THAT is not worth $700 in work…not a second of this was.

Julian packed my stuff today, 10/10 easily the best service I've ever recieved. He cared about my household goods was really easy to work with, detail oriented, and more. I wish I could have him for every move.

Julian did a great job with our overflow shipment. Very courteous and respectful and he was careful with unloading our items. Also, Julian ensured that our inventory was as accurate as possible despite some issues at the warehouse. He repeatedly mentioned that he would stay as long as necessary until everything was accounted for. Top notch!

Best moving company I've used in all my moves to date. These gentleman wrapped my furniture, packed accordingly, and obviously knew very well what they were doing. Zero damage, extremely professional guys they sent, and excellent customer service. All in all, I will DEFINITELY be using their services if I ever need to move again. Highly recommend. Thank you guys so much! ☆☆☆☆☆
