We hired Super Attic Solutions to redo our crawlspace and attic insulation, which was over 30 years old. We also had a mouse infestation in both areas (as it turns out we had some holes that enabled them to enter these areas). Their pricing was competitive compared to the other quotes we received and we chose them because their communication stood out from the start. We are very glad we went with them. The team was professional and respectful of our property. I really liked that they also provided a warranty guaranteeing they would return if we continued to have pest issues. They honored that commitment and came back a couple of times until the issues were fully resolved! I am happy to say our crawlspace is now mice free. They even left traps in place to help prevent any future problems. We recently used Super Attic Solutions in a re-roofing project for our 41 townhome HOA. Ricky’s team Was performing attic remediation in units where the old roof had failed. This required removal of damp insulation, microbial treatment, and re-insulation. Additionally, because we have common fire alarms and sprinkler systems running through our attics, they were able to mark where those were to prevent any Other issues in the future for identifying this. Ricky’s team showed up on time, were super respectful and, performed excellent work. You may wonder why I know he performed excellent work… We had a separate, independent general contractor overseeing the entire project and they reviewed the work. Super Attic even helped us identify something that had been missed by our original building contractor; creating attic access to a unit. We were able to quickly rectify this same day with our general contractor and Ricky’s Team was flexible to stay and complete the work.

Tom was very friendly and straightforward with the inspection, detailed the problems, replacing procedure, and warranties. The decision was made fast with a reasonable cost. 5 stars rate to him. Ronny and his crew are a fantastic hardworking team! They carefully setup their working environments to keep around clean. Then removed all the old insulation, laying up the new ones. When I realized the very small area need to be fixed, upon very tight schedule, Ronny’s crew came back fixed nicely. Yes, Rate Ronny and his crews all 5 stars. The company office has a super service lady Lorrie. She sent the before and after photos, make an inspection schedule, helped the fixed problems… She is friendly, patient, and quickly to resolve the problems! Definitely, Rate her 5 stars. The inspector, Jose, was done a good job and help to resolve our small area problem, Rate him 5 stars too. By my experience, I’m satisfied with this company with good leaders and hard-working teams.
