Miguel is the best. Very responsive, attentive, and efficient. He had our complex taxes done the very day I sent him all documents. We couldn't be happier.

Absolute worst tax experience of my life, once my taxes was filed and he got paid they stopped helping. I owed 5300 in taxes after selling my condo I asked what to do about payment plans and Miguel stopped talking with me all together after filing and his office ladies where Absolute zero help. And in-between stopping in and calling the office he of course had a week of vacation.This man filed my taxes on April 7th it's now May 23rd and again I went into their office for the 3rd time and he wouldn't step out to talk with me. I showed today on my phone that the website they gave me to pay isn't showing my federal and now they tell me I only can go to the actual IRS branch to find out what's wrong. Beside for the first a couple days of talking to get the filing done he has ignored me and his staff too, I would go literally anywhere else for taxes thank God for me it was a one time thing.
