Another five-star review for moving with Suburban Solutions, who did a grand job of packing (huge shout-out to Lynnette Penny, the move manager of Right Size Relocation) and her team of incredibly careful packing and unpacking and home layout for Friday’s move and the amazingly careful lifting, hauling and placing by the superb team of Chris, Michael and Eric, of all my worldly possessions. I had total confidence in the entire team of these professionals who worked tirelessly, stayed chipper throughout and delivered everything just perfectly. How do these people work together so flawlessly and efficiently? With amazing experience and a dedicated work ethic. Bravo to everyone for their top-notch efforts. I am an exceedingly grateful, happy customer! Thank you so much!

3 of the movers with Suburban Solutions came to help me move within Philadelphia. They had no issues getting the truck parked (which can be hard sometimes) and were very quick with the move while also being cautious of my belongings! They got the move done way quicker than expected and were very personable and helpful in getting everything where it needed to be in the new place would definitely use this moving company again in the future!

I was impressed with this company from the beginning when a nice, young woman answered the phone and not an AI bot or someone overseas with a language barrier. Getting a quote with Suburban Solutions was much easier than the other moving companies. Other companies wanted you to do a video walk through or have someone come out. With Suburban, we just went over the inventory, unit size and floors. The price was very fair and competitive, let a lone much more affordable than the bigger moving companies in Philly. Bobby, my sales contact, was easy to reach and work with. The day of the move, Chris and the team were efficient, fun to be around and optimistic. They made the stress of moving melt away! These guys were STRONG and kept great pace. Our freight elevator was malfunctioning for 20 minute, the crew was understanding and still got work done while maintenance fixed the issue. I am recommending EVERYONE I know who is moving to these guys. Thanks again!!!

We’ve used Suburban Solutions several times now for our large and small (our kids apartments) moves. Always impressed. The staff are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, very team driven. They work together to make most efficient move, while catching details and making sure everything is protected. They have dealt well some of the various onsite challenges too. They really take the stress out of moving.

Suburban Solutions lives up to its name! After interviewing all the big companies, researching on the web, reading BETWEEN the lines of many reviews, I took a deep breathe and made a choice. Kevin, Bobby, Patrick, Jo, and Breanna answered all of my questions quickly and with patience. Attention to specific details is important to avoid unnecessary glitches and assumptions on the consumers’ part. Read all of the contracts, details and fine print. Bobby went above and beyond to assure me from the very beginning all the way through until after delivery. I did my own packing, however, sent photos for their approval. Plus I acquired full coverage insurance as a back up. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!!!!!! Lots of text updates for time schedule. Communication is key….no empty promises…. Chuck, who arrived with Justin and crew precisely ON TIME the morning of pick up, told me he treats the items as if they were HIS. KUDOS on their Team work!!!!!!!!! With careful precision and efficiency, the crew wrapped all of my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap including some fragile pieces. Everything was marked. The truck was loaded and everything was securely roped up inside the truck. Bobby said, ‘Clear’, after double-checking every room and closet to make sure nothing was forgotten. The house was clean when they left. I met the truck upon arrival at my new location in another state. Again, Chuck was totally in charge. Suburban Solutions complied with all of the rules and regulations of the new building. NO issues at all. I have already recommended their services to others. SUBURBAN SOLUTIONS…. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!
