I usually don't leave reviews or go to the gym, but Total Fit Studio is the exception to both rules. I am getting married soon, so I decided to look into one-on-one training. I am so happy I did; it is one of the best things I've done for myself! I have been working with Michelle, and she is phenomenal! She is genuinely invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals and is super fun to work out with! Her personalized guidance and expert advice have been instrumental in my progress. I had no idea what I was doing before Total Fit Studio. The gym offers group classes and yoga as well. Total Fit Studio exceeded all my expectations on every level, and I wholeheartedly would recommend them to anyone looking to join!

I recently joined, and I must say I love this place! I signed up for the 1-to-1 with Michelle, and she makes it worth it. They work around your schedule and have tons of group sessions to join throughout the week. The studio and the other trainers were so welcoming as well. They push you to your limit without overwhelming you. Glad I finally made the decision to join!

I joined this studio 2 months ago and have been working with Michelle for personal training! I’m so glad to have found this studio because it has changed my perception on working out! Before this I did not enjoy going to the gym because I did not know how to workout or where to begin! Michelle has motivated me tremendously each session and has kept each workout interesting! Thank you so much for helping me and guiding me in getting closer to my workout goal!

I didn't really enjoy exercising until I started up at Total Fit Studio with Gabi. She makes you feel very comfortable with her compassionate spirit while also making you feel like you can conquer the world. I have been going 3x a week for 3 weeks now and the results are fab. If you stick to her food tips and guidance I am positive you will have results too. The other women that go there along with Gabi quickly become family. I really love going here, it motivates me to get through my work day so I can go workout!
