Straub Benioff Medical Center - Ward Village Clinic & Urgent Care

Wait time is terrible staff is rude! Bad communication amongst staff. Visited mid day yesterday still hasn’t followed up with me or put in my needed prescription. (I can see my results in my chart online) so still just patiently waiting….feeling like shit while I wait for meds

Staff left my daughter to pee on herself in the ER. I went outside her room looking for help but no one acknowledged me. I finally said excuse me to a young girl. She snapped at me saying yes. She was so rude I just walked off and she went on her merry way. I was told it was shift change but there's no excuse for it. I was told it was shift change but everyone was out there laughing and joking around but completely ignored me. Worst experience ever in any ER anywhere. I told my daughter's nurse how the girl responded to me and she laughed. Very unprofessional ER. I'm not sure why people like that would be taking care of people.

I’m fortunate to reside in the tower where this urgent care facility is situated, making it incredibly convenient for me. However, what truly sets this facility apart is the exceptional staff. They’ve consistently demonstrated remarkable friendliness, efficiency, and a commitment to providing top-notch care. I can’t express enough positive sentiments about this facility, its dedicated staff, and the exceptional care they offer.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here with a required referral through my insurance and a valid referral number. I arrived at 6:00 PM and was told by the receptionist they were “fully booked” because only one doctor was working. I was repeatedly told to go to another clinic, which wasn’t an option due to my insurance and referral. After waiting, I was finally seen at 7:15 PM, completed a self-swab, and was told they were running the test. At 8:00 PM, the doctor briefly saw me for about two minutes, then returned to say the test had failed. Instead of rerunning it (which I was told takes about 15 minutes), they sent me home with no results, no treatment, and said they would call me the next morning. It is now 10:30 AM the following day and I still have not received a call. This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

So clean and wanted to say what a pleasant receptionist Vanessa M. Is, it really makes a difference especially as coming to places like here we aren't at our tip-top best so much Mahalo.
