Punctual and very efficient. The three movers came and did all the heavy lifting, took my tv off the wall. They also disassembled the king bed and packed the mattress well. Overall job took about 5.5 hrs and they did wonders to transfer the furniture through small hallways and stairwells. Jerry and crew were great!

Carlos and Pedro were incredibly fast, efficient, and so careful with everything. I honestly can’t imagine doing this move without them. We moved from San Diego city to Julian and it was not easy drive but they did it with no damage to anything or lost items. They even helped me finish boxing up the last of my things and made sure the essentials — like the bed and couch — were set up so the space felt comfortable right away. After a long moving day, everyone just wants a place to sit and sleep, and they made that happen. Despite how hard they worked, they stayed kind, professional, and smiling the entire time. I read the great reviews, which is why I chose them for our move from Ventura to San Diego—and they lived up to their reputation. From the beginning, they were highly professional, not only in scheduling the appointment but also in patiently addressing all of my (many) questions before move day. When we learned it was going to be pouring rain at both locations, I was genuinely concerned. They immediately assured me they were fully prepared for weather like that and kept everything on track. On moving day, the crew was kind, respectful, and very efficient. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was handled exactly as we wanted, which made us feel well cared for throughout the process. We also ran into an unexpected issue when a clerical error prevented us from accessing our new apartment. I was panicking—but they remained calm, patient, and incredibly supportive. They stored our belongings overnight for a reasonable fee and worked with us to reschedule delivery without adding stress to an already difficult situation. The only concern we had was the final cost, which took a while for the office to figure out for some reason. It ended up being significantly higher than the estimate, even before the additional storage fees. The increase was largely attributed to a six-hour travel time from Ventura to San Diego. While that seemed a bit questionable, I ultimately didn’t dwell on it. Even with the higher total at the end, the final cost was still less than the flat-rate quote from another top-rated company we had considered, so it was hard to be too upset about it. Overall, they made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel organized and manageable, easing our concerns at every step. For something as stressful as moving, that level of care and reliability was truly priceless. I highly recommend them for any moving needs you may have.

Extremely Impressed with Stella Moving and Delivery! I had a fantastic experience with Stella Moving and Delivery. Brian, Hercules, and Carlos moved me from a third-floor two-bedroom apartment into a three-level townhouse, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They packed and wrapped everything with great care, including a 77-inch TV, two extremely heavy dressers, a queen-size bed and frame, sofa, loveseat, two trundle beds, a 7-foot palm, and much more. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. The crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the move. They worked incredibly fast while still showing real respect for my property and home. These guys are seriously strong and clearly know what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Carlos, Pedro and Jeff were absolutely fantastic. They executed the move with speed, care, and great communication. They would ask exactly where items should be placed. This was the first time we hired movers, and they did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend Stella Moving!
