Star Lock & Key Co. is a true gem. I went there on a hot day and the store was perfectly cool and comfortable inside, which made the experience even better. The shop is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for any kind of lock and key service. The customer service was very friendly and the team was incredibly fast. What really stood out was the amazing harmony between the staff. They worked together so smoothly and efficiently, it created a really positive atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, which made things even more hassle-free. I highly recommend Star Lock & Key Co. for anyone looking for quick, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely return in the future.

This place is the best! It's a multi-generational family business with an old school vibe but state of the art skills. I run my car fobs through the washing machine once in a while. Their price to replace them is less than half what my local auto dealership charges - & usually in a few minutes. Can't go wrong with these guys.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Star Lock & Key Co. I ordered a blank key/remote for my son's car from Amazon thinking we would be able to program it ourself and just have the key cut by a locksmith. Unfortunately the info from Amazon was not correct, so we had Star Lock & Key Co cut and program the key for us. I contacted a few locksmith companies that all had 4.5+ star reviews, inquiring about price and availability. Not only was Star Lock & Key the most friendly and fast to respond, they also had the best price. They told me I could come in anytime between 8:00 a.m and 4:p.m. and someone would be able to help us. When we arrived around 11:30 a.m., we were immediately greeted by multiple members of their staff and waited less than a minute for someone to assist us. They were able to quickly cut and program the key in less than 30 minutes, and for the price they quoted me. We were thanked for our business by multiple members of their staff upon leaving. I had forgotten what true customer service was. You can tell this is a 4th generation family business that takes pride in their work and values their customers. These guys were super easy to work with and at great price. We were able to get two new keys made at the price it was going to cost for one at the dealership. Both my wife and I were out in under 10 minutes, showing that this team (we worked primarily with Ian) was prepared and know their craft. Would highly recommend to any one in the area.
