Splendid Moving

STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOVERS. I am updating the review because after the initial post they called me offering to refund me some money to take down the review… which means that there are possible bad reviews that have been taken down… very disappointing. We used Splendid for our first move and had an amazing experience, the mistake we made was using them again for our second move. The movers called us 30 min before they were supposed to arrive letting us know that their truck broke and were not sure when they would be able to come. They ended up coming 2 hours later which at the time was not that big of a deal. They were moving our furniture and packing very minimal items because my husband had already placed all of the boxes downstairs and all they needed to do was add it to the truck. THEY DAMAGED OUR FRIDGE trying to push it through the door when it was clearly stuck and made a hole in our door while moving my chair. They also didn’t wrap my toddler’s mattress and bed frame so I had to clean it upon arrival and they misplaced some pegs for our cabinets and so we couldn’t add our shelves and had to purchase some. I will give them some props and it’s the reason I can even justify the 1 star because they helped us move our fridge over a ledge since it did not go through our stairs BUT one of the movers refused to do it do so my husband ended up doing it with one of the movers. The absolute worst was the aftermath when we had to discuss the scratch and hole on the wall. The person we spoke to on the phone proceeded to say that our fridge is not even worth a lot of money and that is the reason they would give us $100 off our service. We tipped the movers and the mover came back and returned part of the tip and when on the phone with my husband proceeded to say we didn’t even tip. They patched the door very poorly and had to come back to try to “fix it” if you can call it that. I would save yourself the headache and find another mover. The stress and damage is not worth your time and money. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

1 Bedroom Same area 3 movers ~ 4 hrs I had a great experience with this moving team. They were on time, efficient, and worked quickly. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and clear communication made a stressful day much easier. Pricing was much more reasonable compared to other companies I’ve used. No surprises, hidden fees, extra costs for boxes, moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, etc. All fees and rates were discussed and clarified before and stayed consistent after the move. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Splendid Moving was great! I had the great honor of having Ramzan, Khabib, and Ilimbek to help me and my wife with our move. My impression of the company and the team I worked with from the very beginning was good because 1) the scheduling assistant over the phone was polite, friendly, and knowledge and helped me schedule my appointment, and 2) On the day of the move Ramzan and Co. arrived promptly at the scheduled arrival time. Ramzan and Co. went over the contract and what services were included with me, and after signing they quickly got to work. They worked together efficiently like a team and handled all of our personal items with care. One stayed in the truck to load and organize and the other two would wrap and handle the items to the truck for loading. After the loaded they arrived at the new location quickly and promptly. Finally, they unloaded everything quickly and efficiently and handled all of belongings with care. It was a pleasure to have this trio do my move because of their work ethic, values and behaviors. They were all friendly and professional. Me and my wife looked at many other moving companies before sticking with Splendid Moving. They are a fantastic value with no hidden fees or charges. the other companies charge more and some have hidden fees for the truck and other nonsense. With Splendid, the price you see is the price you pay, no surprises. Me and my wife would definitely go with Splendid Moving again. Thank you!

So so grateful to Abdu and Berk! My partner was overseas for our move, and these guys took the stress off and handled it completely! So professional, friendly, polite, on time. They took great care of our items and even helped to unwrap/assemble a few of the larger items at the new spot. Not sure if that’s normal as it’s my first time using movers - it was unexpected but greatly appreciated! And these guys HUSTLED - what was meant to be a 3 man job ended up being just the two of them due to their coworker being sick, but they just got it done. I brought them lunch and refreshments halfway through as a token of my gratitude, but they finished everything 100% before accepting and even slowing down for a second. Seriously stood on business - would recommend x 10000 to anyone, the most positive experience ever. Thank you! ❣️

Splendid Moving truly lived up to their name. We found ourselves in a bind and needed help last minute. We called and were relived they could accommodate us within the same day. They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. The team stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Although the move ended past midnight they were professional and careful with all of our belongings. Highly highly highly recommend them 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you, Splendid Moving!
