I’ve been cycling here for about 5 months now, I absolutely love this studio. The staff are fantastic, genuinely care about you and are incredibly welcoming and loving. I always look forward to coming in after work, it’s an amazing way to end the day. The cycling instructors are motivating, encouraging, supportive and inclusive for anyone starting cycling or have been cycling for years. I always leave feeling great from the workout and having my spirits lifted up. Thank you all for what you do, please keep it up!

This is a great place for a spin ride! Staff is friendly and helpful and their music ride selection is so fun. Difficulty of class can vary by instructor which is nice as well. Will definitely keep coming back.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My roommate and I booked this class on ClassPass for Halloween for the 5:45a.m. We actually thought we signed up for a spin class but realized we accidentally picked the wrong one! Lauren the instructor heard we wanted to see if there was a possibility in joining her class and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She let us switch and join her class without any issue. The front desk staff were also so welcoming and helpful, especially when showing us how to adjust the bikes and clips properly. There was an issue with my shoe not connecting correctly with the bike and they helped me get another pair. Everyone was so patient and friendly!! We will definitely be coming back!!

I have been taking Lauren’s Wednesday night classes for weeks now and have been loving it! Her mix of music styles is so fun and she is always introducing new choreography. She is an amazing instructor!

I have been going to SPIRE Fitness consistently for the past few months and it is safe to say that I am addicted! All of the spin instructors have such great energy and have helped me improve so much. I can see a huge improvement in my fitness, strength, stamina and mobility from the spin and split 60 classes. I 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to try a new fun workout class.
