Great service! I spoke with Amber & James when discussing prices and scheduling. They were extremely professional and personal. Dom was the technician. I received a notification that he was on his way. He was great! He did a free inspection, but due to the severity of the blockage, the estimate was more than we could afford, but he said to call Amber to ask if they would be able to work with us. I told Amber our situation and she brought down the price far more than I expected. I was so moved that I started crying. Dom assured me that they were happy to us because I was concerned that he wouldn't be compensated enough for the service, and he drove so far. He seemed genuinely happy to help and passionate about the service they provide, and was concerned because it would be a possible fire hazard if we ran the dryer I am extremely grateful for this amazing team!

He took the time to explain the entire process, showed before-and-after photos, and made sure every vent and return was properly cleaned. Adam was punctual, respectful of my home, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I especially appreciated the training he was doing with his sidekick, Tom. I highly recommend Space Duct. Adam the technician did such a great job cleaning my dryer duct out also very professional.He replaced the vent that needed to be so now I can pull my dryer out and clean behind it. He also cleaned up after himself, which is a plus for me thank you Adam.

Dom Kohistani has to be one of the best people i have had service my home in a very long time. AND he had the booties on?
