Solace technicians performed a very thorough install! It’s easy for other technicians to find places to do mediocre work and get away with it. These guys went above and beyond ensuring issues created by previous installs were corrected to allow for the best performance this go-around. Thank you Aaron and team for such incredible attention to detail!

The team was wonderful very knowledgeable and polite. Oscar the 1st technician very through and discovered a carbon dioxide leak and gave me several options and I choose to replace my 15 year old unit. Oscar set up appt with Ryan in sales and Ryan came out with in the hour and I choose to replace both heat & ac units since both were 15 yrs old. The next day the install team came Daniel and his crew were GREAT I'm sorry if I don't remember everyone name I think it was Matt, Landon & Josh. A GREAT bunch of talented and courteous young men

I highly recommend! everything was quick, easy and explained in depth. First call, Molly made sure she took care of me, she made sure it was easy to make an appointment. The first technician that came out to assess the situation was very straight forward and honest. I called on a Wednesday fully expecting to hear bad news about my furnace. As expected I ended up having to have it replaced. It was late into the night, I didn’t feel rushed at all! By the next day they replaced my entire central air/ heat unit. Landon, Daniel and Matthew moved quickly and efficiently. I’m pleased to say they did amazing ensuring I had heat before this recent snow storm and I’m grateful! We had a great experience with Solace, especially Alex. He was extremely thorough with the inspection, clearly explained his findings, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. We really appreciated how responsive and detailed Alex was, particularly regarding air quality concerns in our home. Highly recommend!

So impressed with this company and its employees! I needed a new HVAC system to replace my 11 year old system. Got 3 bids: your salesperson, Shannon, was the most informed, listened to my needs best, and provided a very competitive quote. Day of installation, no issues at all. My concern came 1 month later when I received my gas bill, it had jumped from $19.00 to over $100.00, without a reasonable cause. I called Solace; they sent out a tech, at no charge, to check system. They could find nothing wrong. I called the gas company, unless I smelled gas, they would charge me to come out to assess. They could not give me what that charge would be. They agreed it was a bit high, but they could see nothing wrong from their end. Next month's bill was even higher. I called Solace again, they agreed to send a tech out again, no charge. The tech, Jose, Acevedo, saved the day for me. He checked all my gas appliances, the HVAC, and he could find no issues. He went out to check the gas line, he smelled gas and located the small leak coming from the pipe. He explained to me the bubbles, the location of the leak, and that I should insist the gas company replace the pipes. I called the gas company, they came out within the hour because I did smell gas. He agreed with Jose's assessment that the pipe was leaking. He offered to "putty" around the leak, but Jose told me to insist, so I did insist they change all the pipes, which he agreed to. I am so thankful for the knowledge, insight, professionalism, and persistence that Jose showed in locating the leak that was causing high gas bills. I would recommend Solace with the highest of praise to anyone.
