Fantastic gym! The equipment is brand new, the layout is thoughtfully designed and the facility offers everything you could need and more for a complete workout. The space is consistently spotless and well maintained. Whenever I am in Columbus for work, this is my go-to place to train. Huge shoutout to Phil and the entire team for creating such a welcoming, positive environment. What a gem (pun intended :)) to have in the Short North!

I’ve been a member here since summer 2025 and honestly couldn’t be happier with this gym. They’ve continued to invest in the space, and the new equipment is a nice upgrade. Everything feels updated and thoughtfully selected. Beyond the equipment, the atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. It’s clean, welcoming, and never feels intimidating. The owner/staff are incredibly kind and hands-on; when my husband misplaced his access card, they were generous enough to help us figure out when last we used it and give us a new one (we found the old one, but it still says a lot about how great they treat their members). If you’re looking for a local gym that’s well-run, continually improving, and genuinely cares about its community, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I have been a patron at this gym for almost a year and I absolutely love it here! The staff are friendly and they remember your face and are so quick to give assistance when necessary. I LOVE THE NEW EQUIPMENT!!! This Snap location is by far one of my favorite things about living in the Short North Neighborhood

Such a great gym! The gym is always clean and fully stocked with wipes, paper towels, etc. Everyone is super friendly and the manager Phil is awesome! He's always in a great mood and always says hi. He's also a great guy to have a nice conversation with. I'm really glad I joined this gym!

I’ve been going here for well over a year now and it is by far my favorite gym in the Columbus area. The staff are always very kind, helpful, and show a clear care for the place. Whenever I go I always see staff members cleaning equipment, organizing things, answering questions and just overall being very present. Phillip, the club manager, is always very personable and supportive, always saying hi and checking in with people. I’ve lost over 30lbs since coming here and have been the most consistent with my gym activities because of the equipment availability and general atmosphere making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated working out. I’m kind of intermediate with my gym knowledge, and I enjoy a gym where I have space and feel comfortable so I can continue to learn. Being 24/7 this gym often has people in and out but usually it’s never terribly crowded and everyone is very nice and considerate which I deeply appreciate. Overall I’m very happy with everything here and go pretty regularly, and I try to recommend snap to anyone interested in picking up a membership. Thank you snap fitness for being such a big part of my routine ❤️
