Okay…I mean, taking a few hours out of my day to get novocaine shots and have tools in my mouth while I hold it open way too wide is really not my favorite activity…BUT if I have to get it done, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had three cavities filled yesterday and I’m not sore or in pain at all today. The dentist communicated clearly the entire time, explained what he was doing, and checked in with me throughout the procedure. He’s clearly very skilled and also has excellent people skills, which makes such a difference. Do I remember his name? No 🙃 BUT I do remember his cats, Olive and Frankie (or maybe Gracie? Any way, there are adorable photos of his cats and kids that definitely help distract you). I’ve also been here for cleanings and had great, quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant experiences with two different hygienists. On top of that, the front desk staff are always kind, welcoming, and lovely to interact with. 10/10 recommend.

Always a worthwhile, thorough, and pleasant experience from front desk, to the x-ray tech, to the hygienist, to Doctor Coby. Fantastic result on an invible front tooth filling. Actually stayed with this practice despite the fact that they're out of my network!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone in the office is very warm and friendly. I have anxiety when it comes to dental services but the assistant and dentist made me feel less anxious, taking the time to explain step by step as they were doing the procedures.

I've been going to this practice since the late 1990s, and it's still just lovely, from the front desk folks to the dental technicians. Dr. Koby Sarubin provides solid, clear guidance and a comprehensive treatment plan that inspires confidence. I particularly appreciate how Dr. Koby lets you know what he's about to do next when he's working inside my head so there aren't any shocking sounds or surprises!

As a follow up, I've had two additional appointments with Dr Sean. I am a perfectionist and can sometimes be demanding, (but always polite and respectful). When it comes to cosmetic dentistry, Dr Sean is beyond exceptional...He listens to your concerns and expectations, and goes the extra mile to fulfill your requests. If you require a same day appointment, the office does everything possible to accommodate you. I am 70 years old and have seen many outstanding dentists throughout my lifetime. Smile Rotunda, and Dr Sean are the best in Baltimore/DC Metro. YOU HAVE MY WORD! Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Was able to schedule appointment within 2 days. State of the art facility, friendly professional team. Dr Sean O'Connor is amazing. I had an unusually difficult case, a chipped front tooth on upper porcelain bridge implant. Very few dentists will even attempt to restore anything like this. He did so flawlessly. Not only is Dr Sean an exceptionally well practiced and experienced dentist, when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, he proves his talent as a sculptural artist. I whole heartedly would recommend Dr Sean for all dental services. You won't be disappointed.
