Today I called five different places because one of my braces came off and nobody wanted to help me with my problem but I called Smile Orthodontics and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and kind, I explained to her the problem that I had and she said right away Yes we can see you today! I couldn’t believe she said Yes, I was so happy to hear that someone was going to help me out with my braces even though it was my first time being there. When I got there I went directly to the desk and the lady told me you are already checked in she was very kind then I met Dr. Nile he is a great person a great doctor what can I say I have no words to thank him for helping me god bless him and all the ladies that were there. I definitely recommend Smile Orthodontics a 1000% because they really care thank you so much Dr. Nile.

This should be your place for orthodontics! I had the best experience today. I am from out of state and my wire popped, you know how that can be. I called to ask if I can be seen to take care of the broken wire and they said yes come on in. I recommend Smile Orthodontics, great staff and Doctors.

They were very helpful and sociable when I had my braces. They settled some anxiety for me, as I had moved in the process of having braces and some of the techniques that another office from out of state used were very much out of date. From then on, it was nothing but exceptional work from the whole office.

My 4th child is finishing up her braces with Smile Orthodontics and Dr Sturdivant. Needless to say, I have had a lot of experience with Smile Orthodontics. The care has been very consistent. You will find Dr Sturdivant to be exceptionally sensitive and caring. I have two children with autism and the staff has been so kind. My children (and grown children) have beautiful teeth. Dr Sturdivant bends over backwards to address concerns and will work with the patients and the parents. I highly recommend Smile Orthodontics. I have been to both the west side and 39th street locations many times. The facilities are a little different but the high quality of care is the same.

Everyone in this facility is amazing and really works together as a team. The receptionist is really caring and helpful. Cyndi, your amazing girl. I called a week before my appointment because I was very nervous and she reassured me and talked me down and went through the process with me. They’ve been in touch with me for 2 years until I finally got the money to get braces. Paula, you are the best and so sweet I love you, thank you for walking me through the financials comfortably. And Dr. Sturdivant and his team really do care and make you feel right at home and make this process so easy. I’m the most anxious nervous person I know and they made me feel so comfortable I can’t thank you guys enough for all your dedication, hard work, and care you put into your patients. I’m so glad I chose you guys. Love you all!
