I have lived in their property for quite a while now. The management team is great! I always get quick replies and clear instructions from the team, especially when talking to Barbara and Brianna. Highly recommended their properties!

Masar the Super is truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond for the residents every single day. He’s responsive, hardworking, and genuinely cares about keeping the building in great shape. Anytime something needs attention, he handles it quickly and with a great attitude. I was so lucky to have him the building runs smoothly because of his dedication. Highly recommend this building and management comment thanks to Masar’s amazing work!

Sky Management Corp were extremely easy to work with. Their portal was easy to use and payment was never a headache. Our property manager, Hajro Kolenovic, was always quick to respond and solved any issues we had in a timely manner. Overall, it was always a pleasant experience when working with Hajro and sky management.

Living at 224 Sullivan St has been the best experience. The super, Kastro, and the management team, Hajro, are incredibly responsive, kind, and communicative. The location is amazing, always full of energy with soooo much to do. The building and yard have their own character, such unique NY charm. I’ll truly miss my cute NY apartment and neighborhood, along with the many special moments and memories made here

Sky Property Management was overall extremely helpful while we subleased at 8 St. Marks Place. Maintenance reports were always promptly responded to and fixed within 3 days. The company generally handled the building very well. There were a decent amount of maintenance issues with the apartment and building, but they were always promptly fixed. Hajro Kolenovic handled most of our emails, was very friendly, and supported us to the best of his ability. Thanks Hajro!
