Used Siracusa for a long distance move from Connecticut to North Carolina. Our driver Russ was on top of everything. He communicated very well and made for a stress free move. We had good crews in CT & NC that were fast efficient and careful. When there was an issue with a piece of furniture, Russ took care of it.

Outstanding long-distance move from Connecticut to South Carolina—Siracusa Moving & Storage exceeded every expectation and made a potentially stressful relocation completely smooth and worry-free! Our driver, Tim, was simply the best: professional, communicative, and incredibly reliable. The packing and loading crew in CT was phenomenal—efficient, courteous, and meticulous. They wrapped our furniture (including fragile antiques and glassware) with heavy-duty padding and shrink wrap, labeled everything clearly, and loaded the truck like pros in record time. The unloading team in SC matched that excellence: hardworking, friendly, and precise as they placed items exactly where we wanted them in our new home. Miraculously, not one thing was broken, scratched, or damaged—even after all those miles! The highlight was our baby grand piano: they disassembled it carefully for transport, reassembled it perfectly upon arrival, and it sounded fantastic right away, with no issues at all. From quote to delivery, the entire process was transparent, on-time, and fairly priced. If you're moving long-distance, especially with valuable or delicate items, Siracusa Moving & Storage is the company to trust—highly, highly recommend!

4.5 Stars **Disclaimer, this was a corporate move so I cannot speak to the pricing. I was skeptical at first since I had moved cross country before with brokers and they were definitely scammers. Luckily Siracusa was not that. I think they are technically brokers but they work directly with Allied Van Lines and the driver works for Siracusa or something like that. Either way, they are good movers. There was a video tour of the place so when they arrived they had the right packing supplies. There were five people who packed and boxed everything clearing out my 2 bed apartment in about 3 hours. They also worked with a crating service to crate my aquariums/terrariums. I was a little concerned at first as they used packing paper for everything and not bubblewrap but when everything was delivered with virtually no damage, I was happily proven wrong. They were a week late and communication with the main coordinator Jade was a little spotty at times hence "4.5 stars", but Siracusa are good movers. They delivered from OH to AZ in about 3 weeks and unpacking was just as smooth. The driver thoroughly went through the detailed bill of lading with me to verify everything was delivered. The only thing that was lost was a single clock- no idea how that happened. The boxes they used are way better than those cheap home depot boxes and they held up well ensuring no damage to my belongings. Once again I cannot speak to the price although Im sure it was over 5k, but Siracusa are good movers. I would still prefer PODS but if you want movers to pack, load, and unload everything for you, I certainly recommend Siracusa.
