Sila always provided us excellent service throughout the years. Our technician Micheal R. came in and found the issue immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave us great advice on our system.

Malik was amazing. The company was responsive, came when they said they would and completed the work. It Malik was AMAZING. We trusted him almost immediately. He came in, investigated, asked insightful questions that showed genuine curiosity rather than asking condescending questions as if we can't unscrew a pipe as well. He was THOROUGH. When he left, the job was done. We have had other plumbers who gave us the "you may have to call us again" nonsense. He did the job and proved it was DONE. He could have stopped at the half way mark and said it was done but instead he ran the water for 8 full minutes to ensure it was done, then went back in because he was convinced there was still a blockage. And he was right. Mind you, this is New Year's Eve. He is young and could have half done the job to get to his plans. Not this guy though. He stayed like it was regular Monday morning. If you are on the fence, call them and ask for Malik. He takes his time, blends in to the home, cleans up well and makes you feel super safe with him here. Love this guy. Could talk about the glows all day. And the price was very reasonable. We have shelled out the same amount for a poorly done job that caused us more problems later on. It's a no brainer folks. Call.

We had Sila perform a routine heating system tune-up and everything went great! Carlos was very efficient and thorough. He explained everything very clearly, walking through all of the steps of his inspection, including photos. We would definitely use Sila again for HVAC maintenance.

It was easy to get an appointment. Technician arrived within given time frame. He had been here before and was familiar with my boilers. He repaired a wire. He was pleasant and professional. Finished job in a timely manner.
