Best massage I have received, Bird knows what she is doing! I felt so relaxed and comfortable the whole time and my body felt great afterwards. I appreciate how clean and peaceful the space is too. I will be going back!!

I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to try float therapy, and this was a 100/10 experience for me. I could absolutely do this monthly. It allowed my mind to be calm, my body to fully relax, and my world to be completely silent. I was honestly skeptical about being in a sensory deprivation state, but I loved every single minute. My mom is booked for tomorrow, my husband is next, and I would recommend this to anyone. Truly—if I had known about this while pregnant… wow. Bird was amazing at explaining everything I needed to know and understand. She had everything fully stocked, made sure I was comfortable, and reassured me every step of the way. Such an incredible experience 🤍

My boyfriend and I signed up for the spa package including a massage, facial and Japanese scalp massage. I can honestly say this was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Not only did it feel phenomenal, but Bird is also extremely knowledgeable in her skill and was able to get rid of my knee pain entirely due to a bakers cyst. She truly has the magic touch and was made to bring people back to life 💛 Brenna did our facials and also had the perfect touch. The environment, staff, smells and feels created an experience that will keep me coming back. Try any package here, you can’t go wrong and will not regret it.

Had an amazing Eden Spa Day! I highly recommend all the services. My first float tank and I will definitely be buying a package and adding floats to my self-care routine. 100% relaxation mode in the tank. Bird gave an amazing massage! Perfect pressure and she makes sure that you are comfortable. Brinna did fantastic job with my facial, body wrap and Japanese Head Spa. The Japanese head spa was an awesome experience and looking forward to scheduling another one in the near future.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sedona Day Spa & Float Therapy! Booking online was super easy, and I appreciated the helpful reminders leading up to my appointment. The space itself is beautiful and instantly calming when you walk in. The owner greeted me warmly and took the time to walk me through my very first float session, which really put me at ease since I wasn’t sure what to expect. As someone recovering from chronic health issues working to get my body out of fight-or-flight mode with dysautonomia, this was exactly what I needed. The float room was spotless, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved that I could keep the door to the float tank cracked with a towel and the room light on—it made me feel more comfortable my first time while still allowing me to deeply relax. During the session, my mind was able to wander and unwind in a way I don’t often get to experience. Light music starts to play when the session is over which helped me calmly get ready. They have everything you need to shower before and after as well in the room which is great. Overall, it was such a restorative and unique experience, and I’m already looking forward to booking more sessions. Highly recommend to anyone curious about float therapy!
