Our water heater went out suddenly and we needed someone out fast. I was able to schedule online for a next-day visit and got someone out fast. They said that the venting for the old tank was improper and likely lead to the early failure of the old unit. We eventually settled on a direct vent tankless unit that could be installed the following day. The installers were extremely professional and the install looks great. Were extremely happy to have hot water again and we'll be using Seatown again in the future.

Had a great experience having a heat pump installed. The installation was quick, installers were super friendly and knowledgeable (thank you Rodrigo and Antonio). The salesperson was proactive about checking in on me throughout the process (thank you Harry), and the manager was extremely professional in honoring the original quote, even when there was some unexpected things that came up during installation / post sales (thank you Carrie). I’d definitely recommend SeaTown - they went the extra mile with a tricky install, and put me first as a customer, even when they didn’t have to. Thank you!

I had a very very very disappointing experience with Seatown! When I bought my house, I hired Seatown based on their heavy advertising. The first project was major: replacing the electrical panel, grounding, and adding GFCI outlets — a job of about $20K, which is above market, so I expected high-quality, code-compliant work. Shortly after, I started experiencing issues with the living room lights. I requested electricians to come out twice, but both times they were unable to diagnose the problem. By then, I had already learned more about home electrical systems than I ever planned, simply because I needed to keep them accountable. I also had several uncomfortable moments where I was asked, “Is your husband home?” — which is absolutely inappropriate. A few weeks ago, several outlets stopped working. Seatown informed me I was out of warranty (only 1 year), which was correct. But when we opened the outlets, I was shocked: the wiring was clearly not installed to code (see the photos) and presented an obvious fire hazard for 2.5 years!!! Even the Seatown technician admitted the installation was done incorrectly — but said that because the warranty expired, I would need to pay for an investigation, and that he could not guarantee a fix. When I asked what exact tests or steps he planned to take, he replied that as a “certified electrician,” he did not have to explain his process. This set off an unnecessary argument — every customer deserves to understand what is being done in their own home. In the end, he did not find the issue. All he did was shut off power to the problematic part of the house and suggest that the only solution might be a full house rewiring for an additional ~$25K. At that point, I was done. I contacted Seatown to file a complaint. They waived the service visit fee, but even after I provided photographic evidence of improper installation, I never received an apology or acknowledgment of responsibility. I found the overall experience unprofessional — both in workmanship and the way customers are treated. The most frustrating part: I hired a different electrical company afterwards. Their electrician found the real problem in 30 minutes: a loose connection inside the circuit switch installed by Seatown. So I am left unsure whether Seatown’s technicians lack the necessary expertise or whether they are incentivized to upsell costly jobs. Neither possibility inspires confidence. I am sharing this review so others — especially single women or anyone who expects respectful communication — are aware of what they might encounter. High prices should come with high standards, and unfortunately, that was not my experience with Seatown.

Avoid. They do not stand by their advertised service guarantees. The quote technician arrived nearly an hour late with no communication. The office ignored me when I tried to simply ask if someone was still coming. The install technicians were different from the person who did the quote so a lot of redundant info had to be shared again. The install technicians were sloppy rushing the job to finish early on Halloween and damaged our home, left behind trash, threw out the only copy of important, mandatory password codes to actually access + use our EV charger, didn't finish setup long up the EV charger with the passwords so we can actually use it AND they damaged our siding and paint and tried to cover it with a few messy silicone globs on only some of the damage. They also installed some conduit sleeves in a way that they are allowing water to penetrate into our brand new electric service and fuse box. They came out a few hours after the sloppy install to do a temporary repair by simply putting duct seal over all the damaged areas since we were getting 3/4" of rain pour starting while they were patching the damages. We had to go to a creepy Tesla Supercharger station and pay to charge our car because of Seatown's complete service failure. After being ignored by Seatown for over a week, we were able to work with Tesla to unbrick our new $3,500 60Amp charger. Seatown ignored all of our calls and they refused to send anyone out to help us when we reported this via email. They kept responding promptly over email saying they can do nothing for us but that they sent it to manager who would respond urgently. That never happened. I called the next day multiple times and was sent to voicemail every time and then finally the person answered and said the number isn't linking to my account and that the system is down. I found it interesting how only when they didn't know my account that my call was promptly answered. The damage is still not repaired and the repair isn't defined or scheduled as of November 11 and we have been forced to threaten suing their Bond and insurance numerous times for any movement whatsoever. They also provided us the wrong contact info for upper management and are stringing us along with false promise of action and no follow through after false promise They promise 24/7 call answering and emergency service on their website and contract if you didn't receive 5-star service and aren't satisfied but they'll ignore your calls and not take action on emails. Their technician also suggested we hire them to do unpermitted electrical work for this EV charger install. Red flags. Be sure to document everything with them but honestly it's probably easier, cheaper and less stressful to just go with another company. Our experience has been an utter disaster and 💯 service failure.

These did an amazing job installing a pressure release value and maintaining n water shutoff at our new ( but 1984 built ) home. Professional, courteous and very helpful explaining how everything works. Beautiful copper artwork.
