Came across Scott Lewis attending an appointment in his Hartford Business office building. Scott was immediately available and was able to squeeze me into his schedule right away. Scott answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. A great personality and true gem. Highly recommend for business and personal tax returns and reasonable priced. Thank you Scott!

I have not filed my taxes for a few years and made an appointment to come to this place. I was told what to bring what was needed for my appointment. When I arrived on time, Scott was still with another customer. I patiently waited an additional 15 minutes before I was able to sit down and show him the paperwork I had. From the start he was very overwhelmed by the amount of work that Needed to be done. After being in that office for about 15 minutes all he did was pull up my file in which took some time to find also. He simply said” we do not have enough time to do this, call me later. Sorry to be rude but I can not do this right now.” I was in complete shock, I had told him prior to coming in that I had a few years of taxes that needed to be filed. I had to take time off of work to make this appointment to file my taxes so that I can take out a loan. This was a difficult task for me in which I needed help. It took a week to make this appointment and it pushed my back even more time. Save your time and money. Scott’s demeanor was very nasty and rude. I will never ever go this place again!!!! I needed help and wanted to help businesses but this guy did not help one bit. I ended up going to H & R block. They were very nice and helpful. Took me as a walk in and were very great.
