She went above and beyond our expectation as she was heavily involved in preparing the property before the listing including any necessary repairs, fire safety inspection, cleaning and staging. She worked seamlessly with the condominium association to obtain all the necessary documents. Sarah is very proactive, so during the last big winter storm, she kept a watchful eye on the condominium to make sure it did not get any storm damage and to make sure the buyer received a pristine property. She is smart, knows her field and was able to give us an honest assessment with positive as well as negative issues we should address to put our house on the market.
