The three day project was well organized and completed right on schedule. On the first day, they repaired a damaged section of the garage ceiling with impressive craftsmanship, the finishing work blended seamlessly and looked excellent. On the second day, they carefully removed the old, dark gray insulation and took the time to thoroughly inspect the underlying areas, making sure any potential issues were properly addressed. On the third day, they installed new insulation with precision and attention to detail, noticeably improving the overall condition of the space. That same afternoon, they thoroughly cleaned the supply and return air ducts, as well as the dryer vent duct, leaving everything clean and functioning properly. The team worked efficiently, maintained a clean job site, and clearly took pride in their work. What stood out most was their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to doing the job right. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough! My mom has a 1972 home and it had original insulation that hadn’t been touched in decades - it was moldy, dirty, rats poop, and even had an older bird’s nest.
