I could not recommend anyone more than Ryan Stephens. This was a year process on a complex deal. Historic, Business, Commercial/Residential, Timeline Delay Management, Premium Product Representation and Marketing, Small buyer pool... he handled it all beautifully with class and professionalism. He also represented both sides of the deal. Some agents do that well and others are absolutely one-sided about representation or lost in the middle on a deal like this. Ryan was perfectly suited for the job, and dealt with issues that arose on either side like an absolute champion. The deal is long since done at this point and he is still helping make sure that we are taken care of in every way possible. He had a baby and moved into a new house in the middle of our closing window, and we never noticed him being any less available! If I could give more than a 10/10 I would.
