Most incredible tax guru ever. Our family has trusted RP Tax for going on a decade. Always super streamlined and on top of all of the most recent changes to the tax code. Super simple to submit documents and speedy responses via messages in their tax software. I honestly could have saved so many headaches if we would have found RP Tax sooner. Best on the island. I found out about RP Taxes from my older brother and sister in law. Robert, Jacob, Jennifer and his staff always provided exceptional service over the years that I have been coming here.

I have been coming to RP tax for years. I feel like as my life continues to change Robert constantly helps me understand what comes financially with these changes. He answers all my questions until I understand what’s going on- through jobs, mortgages, kids… I feel comfortable and safe doing business here every year - I look forward to next year !!

We love Robert & the crew. We have been using them for years now and they just make life so easy. Its simple and painless and everyone at the office is very friendly....takes all the stress out of tax season and we will be back next year.

This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve had. I scheduled a video appointment with the owner, Robert. He confirmed the date and explicitly stated he would send (1) a video meeting link, (2) a link to upload documents, and (3) have my return prepared by the agreed deadline. He did none of it. I followed up multiple times by phone and text over several days and received no response. When I called at the time of the scheduled appointment, Robert answered and admitted he forgot about the appointment and forgot about preparing my taxes. No apology was offered. He then gave a second set of promises: that my return would be completed by end of day and that we would meet virtually the following day. Again, no meeting link was ever sent, and the work was still not completed—despite the fact that I had uploaded my documents a week in advance as requested. If you value reliability, deadlines, or basic communication, take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend RP Tax Service to anyone.
