Courteous and Empathetic Staff, they were on top of everything, and sent emails as they moved through the repair process. They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would, and they are fantastic. You'd have to pay for all my repairs to send me somewhere else to do what they did and how they did it. I brought my Toyota Camry hybrid to fix the bumper as there were major scratches and it was partially hanging off the car. The service was great. They were on top of everything from the beginning to the end. While my car was in their care, I was told that I needed a new car battery and tires. They took care of everything very well. They also communicated well with my insurance company and rental car company. The result of their work is great. I highly recommend using their services.

I'm so pleased with the repair of the scratches and cracks, as well as the repainting of the front and back bumpers on my Toyota Prius! They gave me a fair quote, offered me options to choose from, and never pressured me to sign right away. Once I decided to go with them, they sent regular email updates to keep me informed on the progress. They estimated it would take several days to allow the paint to dry properly, and there were no delays. They kept my car inside the shop. You are treated like a King or a Queen at Royal Automotive - The Best Mechanical repair and Body Shop in Chicagoland. I cannot say enough about the Royal family and I am glad I met them. On a dark late night heading east on Lake Cook Road just passing Milwaukee avenue last August, the largest deer I ever have seen jumped from the curb and I hit him. This is the first time I ever hit any animal in 45 years of driving. Thank goodness I was driving my 2017 GMC Yukon as the state trooper said that if we were in a car we most likely wouldn't be alive. After hitting the deer, the vehicle shut itself off due to the damage and automatic safety control, and the state trooper said that the RAV 4 behind and next to me hit it right after I did, and it totaled their vehicle. I had the vehicle towed to my mechanic and asked his advice and he mentioned Royal Automotive would be my best bet, it may take time but he assured me that they can do everything. After speaking with the owner Sue, she told me that it would take a few weeks just for them to look at it and then they would have to deal with our insurance carrier, and they definitely did an excellent job with them. I received an email with their guidelines and details of the entire process. Wow is all I can say as everything was so detailed for what the entire process would be in order to rebuild my truck. Our insurance company on the surface wanted to consider it a total, but after further inspection, and Royals detailed input, they felt the vehicle can be repaired and still be reliable for many years. Between the body work and mechanical work they felt it would cost around $12k to repair everything. The radiator and framework, ac unit, battery and all mechanicals on the driver side would need replacing. Sue told me that this may take up to a month to do everything and it was well worth the wait. I received emails twice a week with details of what stage my vehicle was in and the status. One week before they finished I was invited to see the vehicle before they were going to paint it. It was incredible to see the raw parts mixed onto the truck, and the finished product was fantastic. I also had a 10" scratch on the passenger side from a parking lot incident that they repaired and you would never know it was there. When I picked up my vehicle it was just like if not better than brand new, and now ten months later it drives great, looks great, and I get compliments on how good it looks. I cannot say enough great things about Royal Automotive, and they are the BEST in their field that I have ever dealt with and always recommend them. 5 stars for everything they did to bring my truck a new life. What a great experience at Royal Automotive! The repairs they did on my car made it look good as new, and you can tell that they put a lot of effort and care into their work. Photos will show before and after: I came in to quote and fix a bad surfacing issue on my car that was the fault of another driver. Josh and Su were very transparent and recommended clear next steps and quotes for me to consider, all with a genuine sense of empathy for my situation, which made me feel as if they had my best interest in mind. Once I decided to proceed with the work, they were very communicative. I was informed of the entire process even before it started, kept up to date with the progress, and all my calls and emails were fully answered any time I had a question. This instilled my confidence in the work they were doing, and allowed me to plan for logistics while they were repairing my car. They also did everything with insurance for me as soon as I submitted the claim, so it made the payment process very smooth and hassle-free. I never had to call or speak with anyone from my insurance company once. I felt truly cared for as a customer and definitely recommend Royal Automotive to anyone who might find themselves in need of their services!
