I arrived without a single reference photo, offering only a brief verbal cue: “Recreate what you did last time, but taper the sides a touch shorter and preserve slightly more length and texture on top.” That was the extent of my direction. What followed was remarkable, she translated those few words into precisely the haircut I had visualized, down to the subtlest details of proportion, graduation, and movement. The result is impeccably balanced: crisp, controlled sides that frame the face cleanly, while the top retains just enough length and natural flow to feel modern, effortless, and entirely intentional. It is, in every sense, the haircut I had in mind made manifest. Her skill alone would earn her the highest praise, but what truly distinguishes Kim is the quality of the experience itself. Kim did an amazing job on my haircut today. Kim is hands-down the best barber I’ve ever had, and today’s cut just sealed it for me. This was only my second time seeing her, and she absolutely crushed it again. I didn’t even bring a picture this time, just told her “keep doing what you did last time, but keep the sides a little shorter and leave a bit more length and texture on top.” That’s it. No reference photo, no long explanation. She listened, nodded, and then literally put the exact haircut I had pictured in my head… ON my head. It’s perfect. clean, sharp fade on the sides, just the right amount of length and movement up top, exactly the balance I wanted. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Beyond the skill (which is elite), Kim’s vibe is unbeatable. The conversation flows so easily. funny, real, never forced. I genuinely look forward to the chair time because she makes it enjoyable every single visit. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it, technical precision, great listening, and a chill personality, Kim is the one. 10/10, will be back every time. She’s the greatest.

Great place to get my hair cut. The over 65 club is a nice idea….maybe because us seniors have less hair to cut? The establishment is Very Clean and the online scheduling is easy and quick.

First time at Rooster's. Booked my appointment on-line. While setting up my appointment I selected the "Roosters Club Cut with Hot Towel Shampoo Neck Trim." My assumption was that during my visit at Rooster's I would receive a Haircut w/ Hot Towel Treatment along with a Shampoo and Neck Trim for $35. What I received was a Basic Hair-Cut only. I say "Basic" because that is all what it was ... just a ok haircut that took less than 15min. The stylist didn't even ask if I wanted my sideburns trimmed up. Maybe I was just expecting too much, I don't think that I will be back.
