But within weeks, Eric guided us through purchase of our new dream home, and gently walked us through the myriad of details necessary to get the home we had lived in for almost 40 years on the market and sold (in less than 2 weeks). He has a great rolodex filled with helpful people who can repair and renovate as needed to buy and sell AND end up thrilled with the results.

Angie Cooper is the best out there. I've been planning to have her help me buy a home for years and even when I was on the fence those years ago she set me up for success with tools and knowledge that I could study at my own pace til the right time. Once my fiancee and I were ready to start looking for houses I instantly hit up Angie. Throughout the entire process we had great communication and guidance through all of the curve balls that come your way during the process (expected and unexpected, Angie and the team were ready.) Even during busy holidays and other life accommodations the entire experience was super smooth. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through the process.

Whenever we asked to look at a home she was so quick to get us on the schedule. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the process of buying the home she really fought for us and made sure we were taken care of. We could truly see how she put her all into it. We are so thankful for all the work she has put into helping us find our first home.

Alex Oswald was our realtor and daughter and did an amazing job on this lifelong goal Transaction of a house with the Chesapeake Bay in the backyard. She negotiated what we needed done and corrected while also keeping the transaction moving forward to our end goal. Alex was very professional, listened to our concerns while being both a realtor and our daughter. You can’t go wrong with Alex - she got your goal !!!!
