I've been working with Tony for the last two years and have been very pleased with his service! Definitely recomend Tony and the rest of the team at River East Tax & Accounting.

It was one the worst Customer Service i ever witnessed in my whole life . I talked with tony on the phone and he told he is gonna fix my taxes because my taxes was little complicated but when i go there he let drea did my taxes so i was getting refund when i file on my own from turbotax and with them i owed . anyways i said lets do with professionals help becaue they are professional tax accountants right? No way my taxes get rejected i had to do my own again and when i asked my money back they are like no we do t do any refund . I heard so many people getting refund with them but dont surprise if get money refund now but you might get to pay that money back in the future. worst customer service and experience Drea doesn’t know what she is doing as well.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful from the very start. Every time I have called she has been uncooperative, has an attitude, and fails to give you even the most basic information about your appointment or answer simple questions. At one point after the first two rude phone calls I called again to ask if my appointment could be done over the phone as I have an injury that makes it difficult to commute across the city. She was extremely difficult in accommodating this request, yet it was clear that there was no real problem here, because as she mentioned in her rude explanation, “9 out of 10 appointments are in person” which leads me to believe exceptions can be made. A phone call appointment was agreed upon but when the appointment time came, I never got any calls. It took almost 10 calls to get her to answer, and then she proceeds to put me on hold for the entirety of what would’ve been my appointment. Completely unprofessional, and friends of mine who have also made appointments with the firm have also noticed her behavior, so it’s not just me. It would seem that they simply do not want business here.

Services were fine but the customer service from the front desk is horrible. I had a appointment scheduled for 2pm and waited for another 30 mins for the worker to finish their previous client. Wouldn’t have been an issue if the receptionists would’ve told me. 15 minutes into me waiting for my appointment I had to ask her myself and she told another 15. I expressed my frustration and instead of giving me a solution she told me I can reschedule. I didn’t travel over an hour via public transit to reschedule this appointment during TAX season. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient with handling my taxes, but his positive energy and great personality made the whole process so much easier. Tony took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even helped me think about my future in ways I hadn't considered before. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for his clients truly set his company apart. I highly recommend this tax service to anyone looking for a seamless, stress-free experience.
