Warren was the absolute best to work with!! He was such a lifesaver I can’t say enough how much of a help he was. He knew all the comps in the area and helped us price exactly right. He has tons of recommendations for contractors, who were all awesome to work with. He had a guy to redo our floors and got him there exactly the week we needed. He had a plumber to help fix a major pipe that burst. He had a junk removal team who did such a great job. Full disclosure, I’ve known James Duffer for 20 years, when it was time for my wife and I to buy our first home I knew we could rely on him. A little about me, I am a 20-year-combat-veteran and am currently working overseas for the State Department. On my most recent rotation home (35 days), we had A LOT to do in regards to buying a house. We ended up looking at a total of 5 houses, we made offers on two houses and the offer was accepted on the second house. James was there for every part of the deal, offer, inspection, appraisal, and closing. I had to return to work before the closing and my wife did the final closing, James made sure the entire process went smoothly.
