I am an attorney practicing in Richmond, Virginia. I was in a last-minute bind to find representation for a family member in a traffic matter. I called Riley & Wells, and despite the 11th hour, they case the case tremendous care and with the utmost professionalism. They also managed to get a result that was better than I dreamed possible -- I give all credit for this to the attorney who argued the case, Mitch Wells. I cannot recommend him or his firm highly enough.

Ed Riley and his team helped our son with two separate traffic cases and was able to get us a very great outcome. He was kind, professional, patient and we would absolutely use his firm again if needed!

Last year, I needed representation for a battery and assault charge…Every review online pointed me to Riley and Wells, but more specifically to Daniel Vinson. I have never needed a lawyer before and hope that I never do again, but if I ever do, I will not hesitate to reach out to Mr. Vinson. He was intelligent, confident, considerate and very professional. I never once felt like just a number to him, he took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and the day of my trial, he knocked it out of the park. I was so grateful, impressed and thankful for his hard work and his attention to detail throughout this process. Know you are making the right choice if you choose to partner with Mr. Vinson. His team is wonderful to work with as well!

I would highly recommend this law firm. I recently had an out-of-state traffic charge relating to the "move over law". Mr. Wells represented me, and appeared on my behalf, saving me multiple trips back to VA. He was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process. I was never left waiting or wondering what my next steps should be while going through this serious and highly stressful situation. Everyone I worked with in the firm was friendly and helpful. Attorney Wells worked to get my case dismissed, which is typically very difficult to do in this situation.
