Karen turned out to be the most patient and professional agent whom I’ve ever worked with. She ensures that your wants and needs are met…she will not just try to push a sale on you to close the deal. Karen is probably the hardest working agent also…she accommodated my work schedule and was able to meet when it was convenient for me. If another purchase is in my future…Karen Ventura will be the only agent I’ll work with.

Tom Fisher our realtor has always been family to us. He has done such an excellent job in helping us sell our home and find a new one. From day one Tom Velarde and Tonya Wilkins went to work to find me my dream home and kept me appraised of anything I needed to do or anything they could help me with. I have now sold two houses and bought two houses with Tom and Tonya and in all honesty you will never find nicer more honest people. Working with Tonya and Jackie at Love Local has been an amazing experience! Jackie worked so diligently to make sure I was happy and found my dream home! She was so patient and sweet throughout the entire process, she never gave up on me. We looked at so many house I lost track! But she was determined to find my family a great home!
