Josh Pertzborn of Raleigh Realty was the best Realtor we could have asked for. Our journey started out with us contacting Josh when we were in Arizona, looking for a house in Raleigh, NC. We flew to NC in September and Josh took us to the various areas to show us house options. We came back in January, ready to settle down in Raleigh. Josh took us to see various options and we found our dream home. Josh helped us by negotiating with our homebuilder and helping us keep track of all the papers to sign and appointments to have. I gave very short notice for my Mom to see a few houses as she was coming from out of state...who was there to save the day? Jerry! He hustled it up and saved the day! He set up 7 showings in less than an hour and bam...Mom bought a house!!! He was incredible every step of the way.
