I have done my taxes with Rafael for more than 10 years and always gave good recommendations for his business. I am a single mom with income low enough to file my taxes with a free agency but how I have always done my taxes here and it takes them about 15 minutes to complete. I always opted to pay them to do it for me because they already have all my information in the system. This time I called for a quote and appt and they quoted $260 for each year (I didn’t do last years taxes). I asked the attendant if she could double check this quote with Rafael. She said she would and would call back. I never received a call back. This is more than H&R Block but without the bells and whistles (guarantees). Sadly I will be moving my small but constant business elsewhere. I guess Rafael has gotten to big for my small amount of business.

Too bussy ! Not worth it going to this place everytime you go they tell you you have to schedule an appointment for like next week. Don’t waste your time going to this place! And the workers are very rude.!

Best tax service i have encountered. Rafael is very honest and works as hard as he can to get you the most money back possible. As a college student, that is very important. I greatly recommend him!

Rafael is very composed and professional in tax filing and knows all the ways for deductions for tax filing which made our tax filing very comfortable. Definitely recommend him to all tax filers.
