Keegan was VERY professional and considerate of our property! We talked before the treatment and I expressed a few concerns I had , he listened and understood my concerns! I wanted to share an update on my lawn after less than a year with Pure Turf, because the transformation has been incredible. When we started, my yard had multiple bare spots, thinning grass, and areas that just wouldn’t grow no matter what we tried. I honestly wasn’t sure it could be fixed. Fast forward to now, and the difference speaks for itself. My lawn is noticeably thicker, greener, and healthier, with bare areas filling in and overall growth that I never thought I’d see. The attached photos show the before and after, and they don’t exaggerate…this is real progress in under a year. I CANT WAIT WHAT THIS YEAR HAS IN PROGRESSES!!! We also have pets that use the yard daily, and Pure Turf has done a great job helping the lawn recover and stay healthy despite that. It’s been a huge relief knowing our yard can look great and still be pet-friendly. Pure Turf has been consistent, professional, and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they actually care about long-term results, not quick fixes. I’ve also appreciated how responsive they are when I have questions. If you’re on the fence about lawn care or feeling frustrated with your yard, I highly recommend Pure Turf. I’m genuinely impressed with how far my lawn has come in such a short amount of time.

As a first time customer the first spray was completed much better than previous company. They arrived early and completed the ENTIRE property - something our previous company did not do. The below photos are areas our other company did not maintain - Excellent work!

I’m guessing this review won’t be one featured on their website. :( I had high hopes for this company as they seemed different. These pictures are my lawn after an entire season of care and $2500 investment. Best thing about them was our sales rep, Stewart who’s a great guy. Unfortunately, everything else was as bad or worse as all of the other lawn care companies in the area. Ultimately if the field techs aren’t trained well or motivated then it doesn’t matter what plan was developed for your lawn. I’m convinced that some of these techs just hold a hose. Over the summer, our lawn was overrun by crabgrass and the tech informed no one. Apparently, it’s up to me, the guy who’s paying the bills to tell the office that we’ve got a weed issue, not the tech? As a result, I now have the worst lawn in the neighborhood, after they had to take drastic measures to kill the weeds off that I was paying for them to prevent in the first place! Perhaps the most telling thing about this company is that despite many issues, several of which I didn’t even explain here, I never once heard from a manager or owner reassuring me that they would make it right. Save your time and frustration. Go elsewhere.

We started using Pure Turf last fall to fix our new yard which was full of weeds and had little to no grass at all. Stuart has been my point of contact. He has been so kind to answer the MANY questions I’ve had along the way and is extremely knowledgeable on all things grass. Every person who has come to our house for services has been so friendly and knowledgeable as well! These pictures speak for themselves on the great service pure turf provides!
