Devon was so thorough, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly took the time to make sure the work was done correctly and well. Jamie who works in the office with scheduling and payment was so kind and friendly and provided wonderful customer service. So very impressed and will absolutely use Pure Airways again and recommend them to my friends!

Devon did an excellent job with the air duct cleaning at my house. He was upfront about what needed to be done, stayed within my budget, and showed up right on time. We had Pure Airways come out to our home in Preston Hollow (75225) for a full air duct cleaning and sanitization, and the results were incredible. The team arrived right on time, explained every step of the HVAC cleaning process, and even showed us before-and-after photos from inside the ducts. Since the service, we’ve noticed fewer allergies and better airflow throughout the house. This was way more thorough than any other company we’ve used in the past. Highly recommend Pure Airways if you're in North Dallas or nearby!

Jamie and Devon were incredible to work with. Their communication, professionalism and timeliness were second to none. Not only did they eliminate the mold I found in my ducting, but my AC is now running much less and my house is staying cooler. Devon went above and beyond with answering questions and making recommendations. I will be using them for future duct cleaning services.

I can honestly say that dealing with Cameron and staff has been exceptional. However I can't give this company higher than a one-star rating in that the owner, Victor, has chosen to ignore what HIS out-sourced crew member (not sure of name) left behind when he "completed his work. I woke up one morning less than a year after they were hired to clean my ducts and build a new plenum box for me. The contractor decided to leave behind the plenum box cutouts in the drip pan under the condenser coils. Obviously the purpose of that pan is to act as a backup in case the main water line clogs leaving the condenser. Well you can see in the pics the amount of debris, very clearly originating from the cut-outs) floating in the pan and thus clogging the backup line. All I asked for was someone to take care of the water damaged caused by shoddy cleanup from HIS contractor. He chose to ignore that request. On principle I can't recommend this business to anyone in that they don't own their mistakes and mishaps. *7k views and counting. All for probably $300 in drywall repair you should have owned up to.
