PBC was a lifesaver when my back pain was constant and felt like it would never end. Even after moving away from Prov, Jeremy's remote programming keeps me motivated and hitting new goals. I've never been in a more body-positive gym space. Forever a fave!

I love PBC! Joining this gym has changed my life in a positive way. The coaches are unbelievably supportive and really push me to be my best self, in the gym and outside of it. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of Providence Barbell Club! Truly a great community of people there.

I have been a member for seven years and could not ask for a better gym or community. Jeremy and the other coaches are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They always provide top notch coaching and personalized programming tailored to your individual needs. When you are with them, you know that you are in the best possible hands. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend.

I do not have enough good things to say about PBC! I have been with the club for over five years, first as an in-person and now as a remote athlete. Dave and Jeremy are two of the most knowledgeable coaches I’ve met. I have a great training program designed to meet my specific goals. They care about all their athletes and are two of the kindest people. I’d recommend them to anyone regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. The facility is also first class 🙌
