I can’t say enough about this great company! My mother who is 93 years old had issues with her heat this past weekend when it was below freezing. Josh responded right away even though it was on the weekend. He came and resolved the issue and even found another potential issue that’s covered under warranty! I would highly recommend Pros!

When our AC started acting up during the first warm stretch of the season here in Charleston, I was stressed thinking it might be a major (and expensive) issue. Pros Heating and Air showed up quickly and immediately put us at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through what was actually going on, and made the repair without pushing any unnecessary fixes. What really stood out was their honesty and how genuinely helpful they were. They saved us a lot of money and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. So grateful we found them!

We had a new ac put in, both inside and outside units. Best price of 3 quotes, Heather was quick to schedule, and Wes was great - answering all of the questions so we could make an informed decision. We will definitely use their service again. Professional and knowledgeable.

This company is amazing! I've dealt with several other local companies and I've been extremely dissatisfied to put it kindly. They showed me, dear reader... They showed me there are great and honest AC people out there. Wesley, went out of his way to ensure not just my satisfaction with the work, but also altered the drain line (the people who installed it did not put a condensation trap in) and cleaned the condenser coil. The evap coil needed replacing. Was a $900 repair, but Everything works great! I am very satisfied with this company and will recommend them to every buddy I know.
