Well we did the fresh start program because of owing so much taxes. They services was great but one thing. They never once told us that when we did taxes the following years the government was going to take our taxes even though we did the fresh start. I never receive anything stating our bill was gone. But got a bill stating I still owe money and got my taxes taken 2025 for the bill. Even mine state. They need to explain it more. I paid a lot of money to do the fresh start and it not a fresh start at all. I felt like I was scammed out of 2500 to get the fresh start but it not.
