We worked Paul Pattyn to buy our home in Arbor Lodge. The sellers realtor wasn’t a very good communicator so I was happy Paul was staying on top of the details. Paul ended up being a project manager to get all of the work done we needed to close. The house needed work before the bank would approve the financing so Paul lined up all the contractors to get the work completed in time for closing. As well Paul worked with the seller to reduce our cost of those repairs. Can’t say enough good things about Paul and his ability to help us get the house we wanted. Thanks Paul!

It would be hard to find a better agent than Amy Reed. She's the best! She was always right there with the answers to all my questions and seemed to know everything I needed to know to proceed with my purchase. Also a great negotiator with the seller. As a result, I'm now happily living in my new house!

Colleen and Emma were a FABULOUS team to work with. We’ve been looking for a place for my Dad, who’s moving from out of state. Colleen and Emma took the time to show us a wide range of places, provided helpful guidance and advice throughout the process and were super flexible working with not just my Dad but my siblings and I as well. They were great advocates for us, pointing out pros/cons of each listing we looked at. They know their stuff! I would highly recommend working with either of them.

We had an amazing experience with Carla and Sally. This caring, intelligent, realistic, duo were phenomenal to work with when selling our current home and buying a new home. Their patience and guidance helped us through the stressful process, we felt very supported and educated in an area that we know nothing about. Absolutely recommend them! I really never thought we could end up with the house that we did, truly a dream come true!

We worked with Erica Dagel, who was fantastic. We were first-time home-buyers, and would strongly recommend her to any friends going through a similar process. She was clear, knowledgeable, savvy, patient, responsive, and kind. She also has a top-notch list of people she works with throughout the process---mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, engineers. Everyone involved in the process was professional and straightforward, and seem to value their own working relationships with Erica. We came to working with Erica on the recommendation of a friend who has worked with her twice before, and only had glowing things to say. And we would definitely seek her out in the future if we were to go back on the market.
