The man at the front desk should be ashamed of ourselves walking into this men’s locker room And it’s smelling and looking like this I’ve been all over and I enjoy working out at this facility. However, the men’s locker room is disgusting pure urine, and ain’t been clean and God knows how long like it’s disgusting the showers the urinals toilets all of it’s disgusting and the only thing you are doing is sitting on your phone out front at the desk. Not even looking up to speak

This location is filthy. Day after day. Dirt, hair, dust, everywhere. I have never seen anyone clean anything. The equipment looks like the only time it gets wiped is by the patrons. Equipment parts need to be tightened and calibrated. Stretching on a mat on the floor, watching hairballs swirl around by the fan is pretty foul.

This location was a little out of my way and the last gym on my list after A BUNCH of research. It was late. I was a little miffed that i had to stand behind a couple in line about to get a tour but GET THIS!!! the counter dude (I think his name was Tay) he paused mid-pitch, and invited me to join so I wouldn’t have to wait!!! WHUUUU??? **That immediately stood out** He explained how different machines and workouts can be tailored to individual goals - yada yada —- sooo…..I’m in sales and hard to sell, but this never felt scripted — just confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The gym is clean and well set up — has deluxe hydrobeds and tanning beds too aaaaaaand THAT TOTALLY AWESOME COUNTER DUDE -TAY!!! management should take note or someone is gonna steal him for their own team!!!

The only reason im giving this location 1 star until something changes, the Sunday morning crew is terrible. More than half the paper towel dispensers are empty, the restroom is absolutely disgusting. The works do not greet they are literally glued to their phone. This is one of my favorite locations except on Sundays.
