Great location with super helpful staff. Gave me the information that i needed to transfer and showed great patience. Clean, machines in working order, no odor and general good vibes!

I go to this gym literally every single day for the past two years tell me why I was just in the bathroom and this lady (worker) was mopping the floor (at the busiest time of the day 6pm) and she just told me I couldn’t go in a bathroom stall bc the floor was wet… she mops the floor for like hours everyday at this time and the floor is always soaked but like whatever but to tell me i couldn’t go in a stall bc the floor was wet like huh? I kinda just looked at her crazy then she was like nevermind it’s fine. I lowkey think she just didn’t want me to get the floor dirty😂 I mop floors at my job and as long as there’s a wet floor sign (which there was) I let customers walk all over it cuz obviously the floor is wet and it ain’t my problem if they slip and fall as long as there’s a sign… also I go here at the same time everyday while she’s mopping and use the stalls and she’s never told me not to until today idk it was weird.. Still gonna go here just wanted to rant thanks bye :)

From the 2 or 3 times (acct can be varified by gym) we used it in a year, the gym is great! However, we paid monthly dues, and they got free money. I canceled on the first because we are moving and forgot we even had it and still had yearly dues removed after canceling. So, after canceling I still have to pay for a year? You got over $1000 free last year. We can use the money from the yearly that we won't be in to make worth while, for our move. Thats sketcky. I think, if someone doesn't check in for 4 months, shoot em an email, remind em. I feel stealing money is bad customer service! Will not return. Bad taste!

I just signed up for planet fitness less than a week ago and this is the only dirty location that I have been to. Who ever is working is either not doing their job or they are lacking personnel. No toilet paper in the ADA compliant toilet as well as someone’s facial hair shavings in the sink (not necessarily the gyms fault but still lol), and soap dispenser fallen off the wall. Nice tread mills and open floor plan. Lots of semi truck parking in the back for my fellow truck drivers. Overall: not a bad location, GREAT location for TRUCKERS, it just needs a bit more attention to details. 👍🏼

Normally I wouldn't take photos in the locker room but I was the only one in there and it was a mess. It was a mess when I arrived and still a mess when I left 1.5 hrs later. The staff was mildly polite, at best. One staff member was sitting on a stool looking on her phone every time I saw her. When I asked a question she looked annoyed. The tanning room wasn't very clean. When I asked the staff member where the spray was to wipe down the bed she said they take care of it. But it seemed greasy when I touched it, so I wiped it down with a paper towel. It was hot inside, which surprised me because usually PF is cold inside. But the shower was ice cold, so there's that to look forward to. 😳 I was the only one in the ladies locker room showering so I don't know why it was so cold. I'm just traveling through but I had chosen a different location. This one needs some serious attention.
