UPDATE 2-4-26 The hours are just not good anymore. I absolutely LOVE the gym and have brought a bit of people to join. But I recently noticed the hours of M-Thursday till 11pm Friday at 9pm and Saturday and Sunday until 7pm it doesn’t work for a lot of the people that I brought with me and most of the people I’ve spoken to at this location. I’m not sure if it’s just location or if anything could be done, however, the other patrons I’ve spoken to agree that Monday through Thursday 10pm, Friday and Saturday at 11 and Sunday 9pm just works better for those who come to the gym a lot, and use the facilities the most. I feel rushed on the weekends and the weekends are usually most people’s relaxation days but it doesn’t feel like it, I feel rushed and, before you ask why can’t I come in the morning early, It doesn’t work for my schedule as a mother of 4. 3 Which are in school. Hopefully this helps. Keynaud is the best employee here!!!! He is so helpful always welcoming. He accommodating. He is super efficient I see him owning his own Planet Fitness one day I see how all the other employees asking for something and he literally knows everything!

Came in with my free day pass and got checked in by one person, only to be stopped by another one at the counter said I had to pay $20 for a day pass when it says it’s free online! I was able to retrieve the free day pay online for that particular location and I explained to her that it doesn’t say anything about a payment online but was denied service if I didn’t pay $20. No not at all! Gladly will go elsewhere

It’s an ok place it’s kinda small they’re not a lot of smiths machines, and I can’t complain because it is downtown and there is a lot of students that go there after school, but other than that staff are really kind

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now and I must say this is one of the best gyms i’ve been to. This hip thrust machine is a favorite of mine and I was thrilled to see that the machine works again since it has been a while that the padding has been changed. Gym is always clean with friendly staff.

I have been going here since it opened and it is very convenient for my life and with my schedule. The reason I rated how I did is because I'm there 3am sometimes 4am 3 times a week and with the scheduled change of hours that is in place for September 1, 2025 it will not allow me to start my day off properly. Hopefully this is not a permanent change of hours because I may have to go somewhere else that can accommodate the time frame that I desire. Hopefully you can take into consideration that there are some people that get up early, use your services, and go on with the rest of their day because myself and several others are consistently there 3am, 4am, and 5am on the 24 hour days. Much appreciation for your time.
