Not the best PF, but not the worst. Staff is very nice. Every other planet fitness I've been to have enforced gym rules (ie. no bags on the floor, no cell phone conversations, use headphones), but this one does not. There's no hand sanitizer for some reason, no boundary line around the weights (so bros are always mouth to mouth with themselves in the mirror), the same 2 gentlemen whistle as loud as possible incessantly every single morning and the same 2 women have facetime calls out loud on full volume w/ no headphones every night. People are always putting their bare feet on equipment. Sometimes it feels like a free for all in there since rules that are typically enforced are not here. But as mentioned, the staff is kind, it's clean most of the time, and the community is really nice as well.

I wanted to try a massage machine before signing up for the Black Card. Unfortunately, I was a guest and the employee demanded that the person who signed me in stay with me in the same room; his attitude was so serious and off-putting. You genuinely lost a Black Card sale. Horrible policy.

Terrible manager, extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to upgrade my membership. He told me all he could do was delete it and I said well ok then do that and Ill start over. He did that then walked away and I talked to another staff person who was super helpful and told me that it was unnecessary to cancel my membership and that they could in fact upgrade it for me. Other than that, the gym is clean and the other staff are very friendly.

I love the staff. They are bright, cheery, and they set the "you got this" tone when I don't feel like starting at 5:30am! Bathroom is clean, guests are respectful. I can spend hours in there and feel like it's only been an hour. That's a good sign..I love all of you.

I love the front desk staff here. Super friendly and nice. It seems to be clean here and has plenty of parking. Absolutely would come back! :) I attempted to remember the name of the best worker I like here: it might be TJ? Something like that
