It is my pleasure to recommend Diane Pladson and her office to support and guide you in a divorce situation. Fortunately, my divorce was uncontested, but there were several investment and land ownership hurdles to overcome. Diane and Kristen were professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation in the divorce. Questions were responded to quickly and the divorce was finalized in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience to work with Diane Pladson and her office in what could have been a difficult time. I cannot thank them enough.

Pladson is amazing. I had no idea who to call when I was looking for a divorce attorney. I literally Googled, "divorce attorneys in Fargo." Pladson was the first place that popped up. I called and the staff were so nice and very compassionate. They were always polite and professional and responded in a timely manner. Kristen Hushka was my attorney, and she is absolutely amazing. Pladson specializes in family law and it shows. They know exactly what you are up against and are there for you. They made this process so much easier and less scary because of their excellent service and care! Pladson and Kristen are the best!

Beyond thankful for Kristen and her representation. She was a great listener and showed compassion for my situation despite the fact that she has likely hearing countless similar cases before. Exceptional at breaking down the complexities of family law and empowering me to exercise my legal rights. Kristen and her team were always very responsive and transparent with cost/communications. While I hope I never need her services again, it is comforting to know, I have someone I trust to return to if needed!
