Phoenix Express Specialty Moving & Delivery

I cant believe it was only a week ago when the moving truck pulled up to our new home in Seattle. We’re already settled!!!! We even had time to hang artwork and mirrors in that short time because literally, everything was unpacked within 29 hours of the truck pulling up. I initially called and spoke to Ashley about getting an estimate. Beau was at my front door in Dallas within 2 hours. Communication was great and I had their cell numbers and questions were answered promptly. They swiftly provided me with a binding estimate and explained the process. They’re all full time employees and the same people that carefully packed us up (and took photos to refresh their memories later,) unpacked us and were able to put everything in its place. I was stressed about packing up 10 years worth of life in a 4 bedroom house but they (Ashley. Freddy, Manuela and Chloe) were able to do it in about 10 hours (while I had to leave to get a root canal!) The packers and Beau flew to Seattle to meet the trucks on arrival (3 days later) and immediately got to work unpacking. Not a single item was broken, damaged or missing. They hauled away all the paper and boxes. It was a phenomenal experience! They all went above and beyond and our move was efficient and seamless. I highly recommend Phoenix for their professionalism and friendliness. We literally said good bye with a hug. I would not change a thing, perfect from start to finish.

I had the most wonderful move last month. The packing girls were so sure everything was wrapped before boxing and wrote in detail what each box contained. The movers were very knowledgeable. Wrapped all items and furniture and took good care of everything. They were dressed professional and acted the same. Very pleasant crew. I don’t want to move again but if I do they will be first person I call! I highly recommend them for your next move.

This is our second time using Phoenix Express. We have used them for both in and out of town moves and our experience has been great. Everyone from the office staff to movers have been professional and pleasant. The movers were careful with our household goods and very efficient! In fact, they were so efficient, the time came in under budget! Movers also did a good job putting items back together and just where we wanted them. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

I hired Phoenix to move my daughter’s belongings to a townhome. The crew of three men showed up on time, promptly surveyed the project, and then began working efficiently. They were friendly and professional as they made multiple trips to the truck. The men carefully wrapped and handled the furniture and other items. Once we arrived at the townhouse, the men were just as quick and careful unloading all the items. Nothing was damaged and everything was set in the places we requested. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Phoenix Express.
